Derefter er der et estimeret antal p\u00e5 100.000 bygninger mellem 11 m og 18 m i hele Storbritannien, der kan have farlige bekl\u00e6dningsmaterialer p\u00e5 ydersiden. Der er helt sikkert et argument for, at Byggeforsikringsfonden b\u00f8r d\u00e6kke alle bygninger med farlig bekl\u00e6dning, uanset h\u00f8jde.<\/p>\n<p>Men p\u00e5 de nuv\u00e6rende fremskridsniveauer vil saneringsarbejdet tage \u00e5rtier. Ville du, som en af de 500.000 indbyggere, der bor i disse farlige bygninger, v\u00e6re tilfreds med at forblive p\u00e5 vagt i den n\u00e6rmeste fremtid, vel vidende, at EWS (ekstern v\u00e6gsystem) udg\u00f8r en alvorlig brandrisiko? Selv sidste uge blev over 1.000 beboere p\u00e5 en bolig- og studenterboligbygning p\u00e5 seks blokke i det vestlige London evakueret fra bygningen p\u00e5 grund af frygt for brandrisici.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5kne vagter er langt fra ideelle, da de er afh\u00e6ngige af, at personen kan se branden i en meget stor bygning med flere etager. Andre bygninger med farligt bekl\u00e6dning er kun beskyttet af sikkerhedsvagter, som forventes at patruljere d\u00f8gnet rundt og varsle beboerne, hvis der opst\u00e5r en brand. Omkostningerne ved at g\u00f8re dette \u2013 som b\u00e6res af ejeren af bygningen og\/eller beboerne \u2013 kan v\u00e6re s\u00e5 h\u00f8je som 250.000 pund om \u00e5ret per bygning. Derudover er der problemet med, hvor lang tid det tager en vagt at advare hele en blok af beboere, n\u00e5r vi ved, at brand i bygninger med farligt bekl\u00e6dning kan sprede sig p\u00e5 f\u00e5 minutter. De fastsl\u00e5r tydeligt, at ejerne af bygninger b\u00f8r installere f\u00e6lles brandalarmer s\u00e5 hurtigt som muligt for at reducere eller fjerne afh\u00e6ngigheden af vagtskift. Dette er den klare forventning for bygninger, hvor der ikke kan gennemf\u00f8res sanering p\u00e5 \u2018kort sigt\u2019. Denne tilgang b\u00f8r under n\u00e6sten alle omst\u00e6ndigheder reducere den \u00f8konomiske byrde for beboerne, n\u00e5r de finansierer vagtskiftene. Andre har ogs\u00e5 st\u00f8ttet denne vejledning, og Inside Housing opfordrer de ber\u00f8rte bygninger til at overg\u00e5 til sikrere og mere permanente midlertidige foranstaltninger som spr\u00f8jteanl\u00e6g og brandalarmer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_child col-lg-6 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\" ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><\/p>\n<p>Derfor st\u00f8tter vi i dette dokument den vejledning fra NFCC, der opfordrer til, at alle bygninger med farligt bekl\u00e6dning skal have en teknologisk baseret brandalarm, der kan varsle hele bygningen samtidigt.<\/p>\n<p>En stor fordel ved tr\u00e5dl\u00f8se brandalarmsystemer er, at de kan implementeres til at skabe et \u2018f\u00e6lles\u2019 brandalarmsystem i enhver bygningsst\u00f8rrelse. Vigtigere er det, at tr\u00e5dl\u00f8s teknologi g\u00f8r det muligt at undg\u00e5 at bore huller i v\u00e6gge til kabelinstallation, hvilket sikrer integriteten af brandrummene. NFCC har identificeret huller eller \u00e5bninger som et potentielt problem; \u201cAlarmanl\u00e6g, der er installeret i bygningen, m\u00e5 ikke have nogen negative virkninger p\u00e5 de andre brandsikkerhedsforanstaltninger i bygningen. Systemet er ikke afh\u00e6ngigt af manuel intervention eller en vagtperson, der ser branden. Systemer som vores WES3 er fuldt tr\u00e5dl\u00f8se, s\u00e5 der er ingen kabelforbindelser eller str\u00f8mforbrug \u2013 og de har en batterilevetid p\u00e5 tre \u00e5r, s\u00e5 der kr\u00e6ves kun lidt eller ingen vedligeholdelse, mens automatisk detektion reducerer menneskelige fejl. N\u00e5r man v\u00e6lger et tr\u00e5dl\u00f8st brandalarmsystem, b\u00f8r det v\u00e6re i overensstemmelse med EN 54 og kan skaleres til enhver bygning af enhver st\u00f8rrelse ved brug af oversv\u00f8mmet mesh-radio teknologi. Systemerne er tamper-proof og kan lejes eller s\u00e6lges, og de kan afsendes med n\u00e6ste-dagens levering.<\/p>\n<p>Innovation inden for internetforbindelse, apps og evnen til at indsamle, analysere og tolke data i realtid har udvidet funktionaliteten af tr\u00e5dl\u00f8se brandalarmsystemer. For eksempel kan REACT-cloudsystemet fjernoverf\u00f8re advarsler fra alarmen til relevante medarbejdere, s\u00e5som ejendomsadministratorer, der er placeret et andet sted, via en app, der er installeret p\u00e5 deres smartphone eller tablet.
