KIT-dage gav mig mulighed for at deltage i vigtige m\u00f8der, tilpasse vores planl\u00e6gning og genoprette kontakten med kolleger. De var fleksible, st\u00f8ttende og designet til at g\u00f8re overgangen lettere i stedet for at g\u00f8re den overv\u00e6ldende.<\/p>\n<p>At bruge KIT-dage bet\u00f8d, at jeg aldrig f\u00f8lte mig som en \u201cfisk uden vand\u201d n\u00e5r jeg kom tilbage til kontoret. Jeg f\u00f8lte mig forberedt, fortrolig med vores projekter og klar til at forts\u00e6tte, hvor jeg slap.
