Les rotations au sein de diverses entreprises m'ont conduit au Royaume-Uni et, pendant mon s\u00e9jour, j'ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que je voulais vivre \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger pendant une p\u00e9riode plus longue. C'est alors que Ramtech est entr\u00e9 en sc\u00e8ne par l'interm\u00e9diaire d'Halma, et apr\u00e8s une visite, j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 convaincu que c'\u00e9tait la bonne solution. L'atmosph\u00e8re accueillante et solidaire qui r\u00e8gne ici a facilit\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision de partir \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. Nottingham, bien que peu famili\u00e8re au d\u00e9part, s'est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00eatre une d\u00e9licieuse surprise, et j'ai h\u00e2te de m'y installer !<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>En r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant \u00e0 vos exp\u00e9riences dans le programme HFL, comment les diverses rotations ont-elles fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 votre approche de votre r\u00f4le en tant que chef de produit num\u00e9rique chez Ramtech ?<\/p>\n<p>Le programme HFL \u00e9tait une s\u00e9rie de sprints, me poussant \u00e0 apprendre rapidement, \u00e0 agir et \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer l'\u00e9chec comme faisant partie du processus d'apprentissage. Il m'a inculqu\u00e9 une mentalit\u00e9 agile, soulignant l'importance de s'impliquer, de se pr\u00e9senter avec humilit\u00e9 et d'avoir la volont\u00e9 d'apprendre. Le potentiel qu\u2019il offre pour r\u00e9volutionner la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le secteur de la construction est vraiment captivant. Le monde num\u00e9rique en pleine \u00e9volution, les cycles de sprint de deux semaines \u2013 tout cela est fascinant. L\u2019incertitude concernant l\u2019avenir de REACT ajoute une dimension passionnante et je suis impatient de d\u00e9velopper cette offre tout en veillant \u00e0 la conformit\u00e9 avec les besoins des clients. J'ai parcouru les \u00c9tats-Unis d'un oc\u00e9an \u00e0 l'autre \u00e0 deux reprises, explorant 35 \u00c9tats et 19 parcs nationaux. Du camping en haute altitude aux rencontres avec des ours, j'ai v\u00e9cu des exp\u00e9riences inoubliables. Aujourd'hui, j'ai h\u00e2te d'explorer les paysages du Royaume-Uni, en commen\u00e7ant par le Peak District et le Lake District.
