Sa carri\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement enrichie par une exp\u00e9rience approfondie dans le secteur des ascenseurs, o\u00f9 il a travaill\u00e9 pour plusieurs multinationales de premier plan. Sylvain explique : \"Mon travail consistait \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper commercialement des r\u00e9gions nouvelles et diff\u00e9rentes \u00e0 chaque fois\". Ce retour au berceau s'accompagne d'une volont\u00e9 de mettre son exp\u00e9rience au service de nouveaux projets ambitieux, tout en conservant un ancrage local fort.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s ses \u00e9tudes, Sylvain s'oriente vers le commerce et les affaires internationales : \"J'ai effectu\u00e9 un BTS Commerce International \u00e0 Pau. J'ai ensuite obtenu un Dipl\u00f4me de Grande \u00c9cole (Master M2) \u00e0 Rennes School of Business, avec une sp\u00e9cialisation suppl\u00e9mentaire en Commerce International. Cette vision refl\u00e8te sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 identifier de nouvelles perspectives et \u00e0 anticiper les besoins \u00e9mergents du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En dehors de ses activit\u00e9s professionnelles, Sylvain cultive de nombreux centres d'int\u00e9r\u00eat, avec un fort accent sur le sport. \"J'ai jou\u00e9 au football toute ma vie et aujourd'hui je prends du recul pour partager le savoir qui m'a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis. Je suis directeur sportif d'un club de 240 licenci\u00e9s, o\u00f9 je forme des entra\u00eeneurs pour encadrer des enfants de 5 \u00e0 17 ans. Je suis \u00e9galement passionn\u00e9 par le jiu-jitsu br\u00e9silien et participe \u00e0 des comp\u00e9titions en tant que ceinture bleue. Je me suis \u00e9galement mis \u00e0 la course \u00e0 pied, avec pour objectif de terminer un semi-marathon en novembre - et peut-\u00eatre mon premier marathon complet peu de temps apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Bref, je suis une personne multi-passionn\u00e9e, mais surtout passionn\u00e9e par le sport\".
