Un important b\u00e2timent de production a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truit, ainsi que trois yachts qui s'y trouvaient, dont un voilier MD80 qui \u00e9tait apparemment sur le point d'\u00eatre achev\u00e9. Environ 20 \u00e9quipes de pompiers sont intervenues et ont travaill\u00e9 toute la nuit pour ma\u00eetriser l'incendie, r\u00e9ussissant \u00e0 l'emp\u00eacher de se propager \u00e0 un b\u00e2timent de production voisin. Plus important encore, aucun bless\u00e9 ni d\u00e9c\u00e8s n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9.<\/span><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>La cause de l'incendie n'a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie et les enqu\u00eates se poursuivent. Il serait donc inappropri\u00e9 de sp\u00e9culer sur l'origine du feu, sur les mesures de protection en place ou sur la possibilit\u00e9 qu'un \u00e9l\u00e9ment ait pu modifier l'issue. Cependant, des incidents de cette ampleur incitent in\u00e9vitablement l'ensemble de l'industrie \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion du risque d'incendie lors de la construction, de la r\u00e9paration et de la refonte navales.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row vc_custom_1780659343971 row-internal row-container\" style=\"padding-top: 50px ;padding-bottom: 50px ;\"><div class=\"row col-double-gutter row-child\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_child col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\" ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>Maxi Dolphin n'est pas non plus un cas isol\u00e9. En 2018, un incendie majeur s'est d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boatinternational.com\/yachts\/news\/over-150-firefighters-called-to-major-blaze-at-lurssen-shipyard--38143\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le chantier naval de Br\u00eame de L\u00fcrssen<\/a>, touchant une cale flottante et un yacht en construction. En 2022, un incendie \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yachting-pages.com\/articles\/fire-breaks-out-at-ferretti-shipyard-news.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le site de production de Ferretti Yachts \u00e0 Cattolica<\/a> d\u00e9truit un yacht de 30 m\u00e8tres qui serait sur le point d'\u00eatre achev\u00e9 et en a endommag\u00e9 deux autres. Plus r\u00e9cemment, en 2024, un incendie \u00e0 bord du yacht Flagship alors qu'il se trouvait dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bairdmaritime.com\/security\/incidents\/accidents\/ntsb-cites-bypassed-battery-management-system-in-5m-yacht-fire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chantier naval de Miami<\/a> Cet incident a conduit \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration de perte totale du navire, \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 $5 millions. Les circonstances propres \u00e0 chaque incident sont diff\u00e9rentes et il convient de s&#x27;abstenir de toute comparaison directe. Les structures ouvertes deviennent des compartiments clos, les sous-traitants se d\u00e9placent d'une zone \u00e0 l'autre, des alimentations \u00e9lectriques temporaires sont install\u00e9es, les mat\u00e9riaux sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9s et des activit\u00e9s telles que le soudage et le d\u00e9coupage peuvent avoir lieu en m\u00eame temps que l'installation \u00e9lectrique, la peinture et l'am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Le profil de risque d'incendie qui existait plusieurs semaines auparavant peut donc sembler tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent aujourd'hui. Un navire peut ainsi voir sa complexit\u00e9 et sa valeur augmenter \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 son syst\u00e8me permanent de d\u00e9tection d'incendie et d'alarme n'offre pas encore une couverture compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p>Cela pose une question importante pour les chantiers navals : quelle d\u00e9tection est mise en place pendant cet intervalle ? Si le syst\u00e8me permanent n'est pas encore disponible, les \u00e9quipes doivent tout de m\u00eame r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont un incident serait identifi\u00e9 et l'alarme d\u00e9clench\u00e9e le plus t\u00f4t possible.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les \u00e9quipes de projet, la question devrait donc \u00eatre plus vaste que la simple protection dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera le navire termin\u00e9.
