Il contient des dispositions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales ainsi que des r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9cifiques pour les diff\u00e9rents types d'\u00e9tablissements. La r\u00e9glementation CTS est particuli\u00e8rement importante pour les festivals, concerts, foires, espaces d'accueil temporaires et manifestations similaires. Les r\u00e8gles s'appliquent aux structures con\u00e7ues pour \u00eatre partiellement ou compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9es, itin\u00e9rantes et couvertes par une mati\u00e8re souple, y compris celles utilis\u00e9es pour les cirques, les spectacles, les r\u00e9unions, les bals, les banquets et les activit\u00e9s sportives. Elles s'appliquent lorsque la capacit\u00e9 totale d'accueil du public est de 50 personnes ou plus. Les structures accueillant plus de 19 et moins de 50 personnes sont soumises \u00e0 des dispositions plus restreintes.<\/p>\n<p>Au Royaume-Uni, cependant, les employeurs, ainsi que les propri\u00e9taires ou les occupants de b\u00e2timents, sont l\u00e9galement tenus de r\u00e9aliser et de r\u00e9viser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement une \u00e9valuation des risques d'incendie.
