L\u2019article 3.0, intitul\u00e9 \u201c Mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 contre les incendies et de protection contre les incendies \u201d, s\u2019applique sp\u00e9cifiquement aux incendies survenant dans le cadre de :<br \/>\n\u201c\u2026 des constructions neuves, des am\u00e9nagements, des r\u00e9novations ou d\u2019autres formes de travaux de construction.\u201d Cela porte la construction neuve, les modifications, les r\u00e9novations et les autres formes de travaux de construction dans le champ d\u2019application de la directive.<\/p>\n<p>Le BR18 identifie \u00e9galement plusieurs facteurs associ\u00e9s aux incendies lors des travaux de construction, notamment les installations \u00e9lectriques, les travaux en hauteur, les mat\u00e9riaux combustibles et :<br \/>\n\u201c D\u00e9ficience de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie, en raison de mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie non finalis\u00e9es ou non mises en \u0153uvre \u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cela soul\u00e8ve un d\u00e9fi important pour les \u00e9quipes de projet. La protection contre les incendies con\u00e7ue pour le b\u00e2timent achev\u00e9 n\u2019est peut-\u00eatre pas encore disponible \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de la construction, tandis que les travaux de r\u00e9novation peuvent temporairement affecter les syst\u00e8mes d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place. Les directives indiquent :<br \/>\n\u201c Durant la p\u00e9riode de construction, des mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires peuvent \u00e9ventuellement \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es\u2026 \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ces mesures peuvent inclure des installations techniques temporaires, des gardes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, des \u00e9quipements suppl\u00e9mentaires de lutte contre les incendies et d'autres mesures temporaires de protection contre les incendies.<br \/>\nLe paragraphe 3.5 des directives devient encore plus pertinent lorsqu'on consid\u00e8re la d\u00e9tection des incendies. Dans les cas o\u00f9 des risques particuliers ou un danger d'incendie important sont pr\u00e9sents ou lorsque le syst\u00e8me d'alarme incendie automatique existant est d\u00e9connect\u00e9, le BR18 stipule :<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026 il convient d\u2019installer un gardien de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou de mettre en place un syst\u00e8me d\u2019alarme incendie automatique temporaire.\u201d La directive identifie donc sp\u00e9cifiquement un service de garde ou un syst\u00e8me d\u2019alarme incendie automatique temporaire comme des mesures potentielles dans ces circonstances. La BR18 stipule : \u201c\u00a0La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie globale de l\u2019immeuble doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e\u00a0\u201d. Pour les entrepreneurs, cela signifie envisager la mani\u00e8re dont la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie sera maintenue lorsque les syst\u00e8mes existants ou les autres mesures de protection contre les incendies seront affect\u00e9s par les travaux.<br \/>\nAu lieu d\u2019attendre que le syst\u00e8me existant soit d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9, la protection contre les incendies temporaire peut \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e plus t\u00f4t dans le projet.
